Common questions.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel directly from your Stripe customer portal or by emailing contact@arkforge.tech. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No questions asked.

What is the difference between Pro and Certified?

Pro generates the Annex IV evidence package (ZIP). Certified goes further: it signs the package cryptographically via Trust Layer and provides a public verification URL for your auditors — Art. 12 compliant.

Does the free scanner do content scoring?

Yes. The check_compliance v2 tool is free. It scores documents 0–100 against 14 articles. The limit is 10 REST API scans/day per IP on the free tier.

Does the scanner store my code?

No. Code submitted via the REST API is written to a temporary directory, scanned, and immediately deleted. Nothing is persisted on our servers. See our privacy policy.

Does this constitute legal advice?

No. The scanner is a compliance assistance tool. It does not constitute legal advice and does not guarantee regulatory compliance. You remain responsible for your AI system's compliance status.
